These terms apply to the Vibez Discord bot, its dashboard and the website at vibezbot.com (together, "Vibez"). By adding Vibez to a server or using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Vibez.

1. Eligibility

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age requirement, to use Vibez.

2. Using Vibez

Vibez is provided for building and enjoying Discord communities. You agree not to:

• abuse, spam or exploit Vibez's features — for example farming XP, streaks or votes with scripts, alternate accounts or automated messages;
• try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to Vibez, its dashboard or its infrastructure;
• use Vibez to harass others, or for anything illegal or against Discord's rules;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Vibez or resell access to it.

Server admins are responsible for how Vibez is configured in their server, including roles it hands out and channels it posts in.

3. Premium

• Vibez Premium is a subscription for a whole server, sold and billed through Discord. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Discord under its own terms.
• Premium features may be added, changed or improved over time. We'll aim to keep the overall value of Premium the same or better.
• Free Premium trials unlocked by votes, and Premium granted manually (for example to supporters or partners), are promotional. Their length, requirements and availability may change or end at any time.

4. Votes, tokens and rewards

Vote rewards (XP boosts, vote tokens, trial progress and reminders) are free features with no cash value. They can't be sold or transferred, and may be changed, reset or removed — for example to fix bugs or stop abuse.

5. Availability

We work to keep Vibez online and working, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data such as XP or statistics will never be lost. Features may change or be discontinued.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or stop providing Vibez to any user or server that breaks these terms or Discord's rules, or to protect Vibez and its users. You can stop using Vibez at any time by removing it from your server; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

7. Intellectual property

Vibez, its name, logo, artwork and code belong to its developer. You may share screenshots and cards generated by Vibez (such as rank cards and Wrapped) freely.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibez and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Vibez. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of Vibez after changes means you accept the updated terms.
