This policy explains what information the Vibez Discord bot ("Vibez", "we", "us") and its website and dashboard at vibezbot.com collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Vibez you agree to this policy.
When a message is sent in a server where Vibez is active, Vibez reads it once, in memory, to calculate simple signals: message length, emoji count, whether it is mostly in capital letters, question marks, timing between messages, and — only if a server admin turns it on — a count of swear words. The message text is then discarded immediately. Vibez never stores, logs or shares message content.

Vibez does not store message text, attachments, direct messages, email addresses or payment details.
When you log in to the dashboard, you sign in with Discord. Vibez asks Discord for your username, avatar and the list of servers you are in (the identify and guilds scopes), only to show you the servers you can manage. Vibez does not store your Discord login tokens. It keeps a signed session cookie in your browser for up to 24 hours so you stay logged in; that cookie is the only cookie we use, and it is strictly necessary for the dashboard. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Linked Roles (optional): if you choose to connect Vibez to your Discord profile, Vibez asks Discord for your username and permission to update your app connection (the identify and role_connections.write scopes). It then sends Discord three numbers — your highest Vibez level in any server, your best chat streak and your total votes — so servers can use them for Linked Roles. Vibez does not store the login token; your numbers only update when you connect again. You can remove the connection at any time in Discord's settings.
Public server pages (off by default): a server admin can choose to turn on a public web page for their server. When it's on, anyone with the link can see that server's name, current vibe, and its top members' display names, levels, streaks and season standings. Nothing extra is stored for this — the page only shows data Vibez already keeps. Admins can turn it off at any time, and members can ask their server's admins (or us) about it.
Only to provide Vibez's features to the server it came from — vibe detection, leveling, leaderboards, streaks, seasons, Wrapped, Premium features and vote rewards — and to keep Vibez running reliably. Vibez does not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Removing Vibez from a server permanently deletes that server's stored data (settings, XP, streaks, statistics and Premium configuration). We keep only a minimal Premium/trial status record to prevent abuse./vibe_vote.Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure and accessed only to operate Vibez. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Vibez is intended for Discord users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement (at least 13, or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
We may update this policy as Vibez adds features. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of Vibez after changes means you accept the updated policy.
